Can you send me a catalogue of all your products?
Think of this website as an interactive catalogue. All our products are available online and removed once sold. Because our range of products is constantly changing and growing, it is not worth it for us to create a catalogue as it won't stay up-to-date.
Are earrings, tunnels, plugs, tapers and so on sold as a pair or as a single item?
Our product descriptions are there to help you. They usually do specify if a product is sold individually or as a pair. However, all earrings and stretched lobe accessories ARE sold as a pair. The listing 'Odd Pieces' are stretched lobe accessories sold individually.
Can you make custom jewellery items?
We are able to make custom jewellery items through one of our fantastic vendors. Depending on what you are after way may be able to offer you Polymer Clay crafted items or a cabochon on a necklace or bracelet. Do you sell to the public and is there a minimum order value?
This is a retail online store which means it is aimed at the general public. There is no minimum order quantity so you are free to compose an order that suits your pocket.
Do I need to have an account to shop on this website?
No account is needed to shop on this website. We do recommend signing up for an account as your delivery details will be stored and you will also be able to benefit from our rewards program where you earn tokens for every order that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. There are no costs involved in signing up for an account.
Can I pay cash on delivery or collect an order?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service. All orders are sent out 1 to 2 working days after the proof of payment has been received. Forever Wild is an online store. We do not have a shop or showroom where you can view stock or collect an order. Please refer to our Retailers section to find a retailer close to you for this purpose.
Do I have to be at home to receive the parcel?
Depending on the shipping method you select, you may have to be at the address given. SWE Couriers & Aramex are courier companies and require your signature as proof of delivery. They deliver during the week and during work hours so please provide us with an appropriate delivery address.
Do you offer piercing services?
Forever Wild is only a supplier of jewellery for once your piercing is healed. Please consult a professional piercing studio in your area for any piercings you may need. Please do research your piercer of choice before getting a piercing done.
What is the rewards program and how does it work?
At Forever Wild, we appreciate every single client and our reward system is a way of saying thank you for the continued support we have received since we started in 2013. You will receive tokens for every completed order in a percentage ratio to the order total. These tokens can be redeemed as discounts on future orders to save yourself some money. There are other ways to obtain tokens, read about it on our Rewards Program page.
I have ordered and paid for the items I would like. When will I receive it?
Please remember to forward us the proof of payment so that we can immediately process your order. Orders are sent out 1 to 2 working days after payment is received and an email confirming when it is on its way will be sent to you. The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Please read about them on the Shipping Methods page. Payments received after 3pm will be processed the following day.
An item arrived broken. Who can I shout at?
Broken products are never sent out to a client so if you have any problems with products once they are delivered to you, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp 0815580650 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org
If I order something on the website, am I guaranteed to get it?
Products are subject to stock availability. We do try to keep the website as updated as possible but because we also take orders via Facebook & WhatsApp, some stock levels may not be updated at the time of the order. If any item in your order is sold out we will contact you to arrange a refund or compromise. If we have not contacted you within 1 to 5 hours after you placed your order, all items are in stock.
How do I know this website is not a scam?
We really do pride ourselves in product quality and customer care. We are very easy to get in touch with and reviews on our Facebook page do show this. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing an order and we will try to set you at ease as much as we can.
Is your body jewellery made of surgical steel?
Most of our jewellery is made out of surgical steel but we also stock other materials such as bioplast. Please read product descriptions of your selected products as they are there to help you.
