How do I know I am selecting the correct variant of a product?
Most products come in different colour or size options. Directly above the add-to-cart button you will find drop-down menus titled according to the options that are available. We try our utmost best to have photos correspond to the different variants. If this is not the case, please ensure you have selected the variants you desire. Do not add products to your order based on a photo as orders are packaged according to variants.
Can you send me a catalogue of all your products?
Think of this website as an interactive catalogue. All our products are available online and removed once sold. Because our range of products is constantly changing and growing, it is not worth it for us to create a catalogue as it won't stay up-to-date.
Are earrings, tunnels, plugs, tapers and so on sold as a pair or as a single item?
Our product descriptions are there to help you. They usually do specify if a product is sold individually or as a pair. However, all earrings and the majority of stretched lobe accessories are sold as a pair. However, we do have separate listings for individual items. 
Can you make custom jewellery items?
We are able to make custom jewellery items through one of our fantastic vendors. Depending on what you are after way may be able to offer you Polymer Clay crafted items or a cabochon on a necklace or bracelet. Do you sell to the public and is there a minimum order value?
This is a retail online store which means it is aimed at the general public. There is no minimum order quantity so you are free to compose an order that suits your pocket.
Do I need to have an account to shop on this website?
No account is needed to shop on this website. We do recommend signing up for an account as your delivery details and orders will be stored. There are no costs involved in signing up for an account.
Can I pay cash on delivery or collect an order?
Unfortunately we do not offer cash on delivery. We make use of third party courier companies who do not handle cash transactions. You are more than welcome to collect an order. Select 'collection' upon checkout and we will be in touch to confirm a day and time for you to collect. Viewing of the showroom is by appointment only. Do I have to be at home to receive the parcel?
When selecting the door-to-door courier option, you will need to be available to sign for your package as proof of delivery. Courier companies deliver during the week and during work hours - please provide an appropriate address when using this method. If you are unable to sign for a package, please consider an alternative delivery method such as Postnet to Postnet or collection. 
Do you offer piercing services?
Forever Wild is only a supplier of jewellery for once your piercing is healed. Please consult a professional piercing studio in your area for any piercings you may need. Please do research your piercer of choice before getting a piercing done.
I have ordered and paid for the items I would like. When will I receive it?
Parcels are dispatched timeously once payment has been received. Most products are in stock and can be dispatched in 1-2 working days. There are some products that need to be made first, and will take longer to dispatch. These products do have informative descriptions. Rest assured that we will be in contact if anything takes longer than normal to get to you. The door-to-door courier is currently advertised as 1-10 working days, which includes our order processing period.
An item arrived broken. Who can I shout at?
Broken products are never sent out to a client so if you have any problems with products once they are delivered to you, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp 0815580650 or via email sales@foreverwild.co.za 
If I order something on the website, am I guaranteed to get it?
Products are subject to stock availability. We do try to keep the website as updated as possible but because we also take orders via Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and are listed on platforms such as Bidorbuy and Hello Pretty, some stock levels may not be updated at the time of your order. If any item in your order is sold out we will contact you to arrange a refund or compromise. If we have not contacted you within 12 houra after you placed your order, all items are in stock.
How do I know this website is not a scam?
We really do pride ourselves in product quality and customer care. We are very easy to get in touch with and reviews on our Facebook page and Google do show this. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing an order and we will try to set you at ease as much as we can.
Is your body jewellery made of surgical steel?
Most of our jewellery is made out of surgical steel but we also stock other materials such as bioplast, acrylic, plated brass, etc. Please read product descriptions of your selected products as they are there to help you.
